Shipping Timeline
- Pre-order shipments will begin in early March. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Overages
- All orders are shipped from our ranch located in Sarsfield, Ontario, Canada. Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the size of your order.
- For larger orders or remote locations, additional shipping overage charges may apply. If this occurs, we will contact you to collect any overage fees prior to shipping your order.

Minimum Order Requirement
- For willow and dogwood cuttings, there is a minimum order of 50 cuttings. Orders below this threshold cannot be processed. For dried willow, there is a minimum purchase of 10 lbs. For whips/rods, there is a minimum order of 50.

Shipping Across Canada & the United States
- We ship to both Canada and the United States. U.S. orders require an additional $25 USD fee for a phytosanitary certificate necessary for cross-border plant shipments. Before shipping, we will contact you to collect this fee along with any applicable shipping overage charges.

Shipping Times
- Once shipped, orders within Canada typically arrive within 3-7 business days. U.S. orders may take 5-10 business days depending on location and customs processing.
